Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your engagement with Studio for creative and development services. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Project Scope
Each project begins with a written proposal that outlines the scope of work, timeline, deliverables, and pricing. The proposal becomes part of these Terms once both parties have agreed. Any changes to scope must be agreed upon in writing and may result in adjustments to timeline and pricing.
Payment Terms
We require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion and before final file delivery. For larger projects, we may structure payments across milestones. Invoices are due within 14 days of receipt.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all final deliverables become your property. This includes design files, source code, and any custom assets created for your project. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Revisions
The number of revision rounds is specified in your project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate. We encourage consolidated feedback to make the revision process efficient.
Confidentiality
We treat all project information as confidential. We will not share your business strategies, proprietary data, or unreleased work with any third party without your explicit consent.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 14 days written notice. In the event of termination, you will be billed for all work completed to date, and we will deliver all work-in-progress files.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated in writing and will not affect active projects unless agreed upon.
